I have been using this app for years and years. I absolutely love it. It has consistently gotten better with each update. They are always improving their platform and really listen to our input on things we would like to see in this app. It does every single thing you need to run your hair business. Makes appointments, ing with details and reports, taxes, retail and inventory. Everything you need! I do wish it would tell us our retention rate for returning clients. Love this app!!

Sadly I must change my original rating of 5 stars. The most recent update is interfering with my client base. I've emailed and received no response. Appt reminders are no longer automatic and even when sent manually some clients still aren't receiving it and are no-showing. I'm very unhappy with the lack of response from . Why do I pay for this? I will return my stellar review once the changes have been made and someone has followed up with me. This app is quickly becoming not worth it

Love it. The only thing I would adjust is being able to pre split the booking times (not just an option to split after you book). Ie high lights 1 hour, gap 1 hour(gap automatic) cut/blow 1 hour, rather than needing to put it after. It will make the booking process much faster, and also it would be amazing to be able to split the expense invoice into more than one category. Other Than that.. It's amazing!

I love this app. It took a bit of getting used to having used another app for many years. The reason I changed was because this app records what clients brought as well as services, something which is important for follow up sales. For the price this is very good value and has many of the features of much more expensive booking software. There are a few processes that could be made quicker but overall very happy.

I love this app for my salon on my phone. However I gave it a 3 star because I really feel more people would benefit from this program if it was available to on a computer. Especially if you pay for the licensed version.
