Get this stuff for free on YouTube. When I first got this app, I initially loved it. Everything was broken down into categories and I could go to a central place for motivation and even have a black screen to focus on my workouts. Now the app just crashes all the time, the videos stop playing. The auto play button no longer works. I even reached out to the creators for help and no response. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET IT FREE ON YOUTUBE. They don't even update the app systems to make sure it works.

*** Update 2/16/24- Have reached out to customer 6 times and not a single reaponse. For a $100 app they do not . For 2 wke now the app keeps crashing can not get through one full video. App is a great concept having everything in one place. The app is constantly freezing and restarting. For the price of this app it should not be happening. Will not be renewing the subscription if this doesn't get fix.

Way underrated! This app has helped me through my toughest times . It's AMAZING! yes some videos you can find on YouTube but not in the way they are put together on the app. It's a must . I make sure the 11 bucks is in my every month to subscribe. So worth it. Just try it if you don't like it earase it .

Before it would let me look at anything Which I wanted to do before spending anything it wanted me to watch an add Fair enough Only the "add" was more than 5 minutes long ! I've seen you tube's that were shorter 5 minutes is a post, not an add So goodbye
