App freezes occasionally. I thought it was because I left before activated. Seemed to have worked for awhile while waiting, but now it's freezing occasionally again. The only way to get it to work is to delete the app and reinstall. UPDATE: Really disappointed this app is worse since the 10/29 update. Need to constantly delete and reinstall to get it to work.

Notifications are all combined into one. Alarm is not separate from other, not important notifications and can't be customized. The system also allows arming with tripped sensors without warning other than flashing light. The should not be able to arm unless all windows and doors are closed. Also, please add night to doors windows devices instead of just stay/away/convenience Update 11-10-2024 deleted some issues from previous review. Changed to 2 stars.

It stopped working. When I try to pull the app up, it's just a black screen that never loads. Totally regret switching from Simplisafe. You as being integrated with Google and your app isn't working Google Pixel 8 Pro. Well we went from mid May to the end of October with major issues. 💯 Regret switching from simplisafe.

Tere are no location based features that prompt s to arm or disarm the system based on their location. Despite the massive deal between Google & ADT, there is no integration between the two ecosystems, so forget about disarming security just by unlocking your Nest Yale lock, like you could with Nest Secure. Terrible app that signs out constantly, fails to load at all, and just looks really bad in of visuals and experience. Nowhere near a suitable replacement for Nest Secure.

UPDATE: I'm canceling this trash service. After experiencing an issue where i couldn't to the app, the would recognize my pin number and the alarm would just sound nonstop ADT was of no help as apparently the team that monitors this system is only available from 8am to 9pm. I wasn't the only one affected as determined by thr 257 people ahead of me in the cue when I called.

I switched from ring to adt. And within the first 2 days I have had more problems than every with ring. Cameras in app always buffing, app is slow, says please wait to add rules. Camera quality is lacking and hard to angle compared to ring cameras. And at monthly price starting to see I made a mistake

The only reason I give 3 stars is because, when my wife goes to open the app, it makes her sign in. Every time she tries to open the app, it does this. Other than that. I love the system and cameras. makes her feel safe when I work the night shift. which is the whole purpose. wWere happy.

Been a pretty terrible app. Working about 1/10th the time. Updated app 3 days ago, and it won't even start. Just says, "Please check your internet settings." The internet is working completely fine for everything except this terrible app.
