I initially found this app quite useful. However, recently, I've encountered a major issue. My credit card information disappeared from the app, and now I can't add a new card. Every time I try, it simply doesn’t work. This is frustrating, especially when the app was working perfectly fine before. I hope the developers address this issue soon, as it’s severely affecting the functionality that made the app useful in the first place.

Had to delete the . Lost a few dollars. had to be deleted due to not being able to add funds. After the was deleted, I lost money left from the previous time that funds were added. I'm sure I was not the only one who this happened to. So, for a pretty much, I got ripped off for a few dollars. They need to refund or add my money back. It wasn't much, but it's the principle.

Horrible app, limits your transactions. So if your out of transactions you can't wash more clothes. You still have to use cash. It doesn't tell you about the limited transactions. Just use cash it's easier and less complicated. I'm pretty sure the app glitched and took money from my remaining amount. Would never recommend this.

I'm so mad with this app ,I can't put credit on my app, I've deleted and ed it several times, I spoke to the owner of the laundry I usually go to, but we couldn't fix this problem! The message that appears when I try to add credit to the app is : one credit card record not returned!

App has given me minimal issues until I tried updating my payment information. Verified with bank that it IS NOT on their end, but with the app. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app and have the same error. EDIT:Over 2 months later and still having same issues. Developers just done care.

The app works great for me. I've been using it for almost a year. No complaints. I'm happy to have the option to pay this way and still get credits for future washes. I also like to peep to see if my favorite machines are available before I leave the house, or see how busy it is by how many machines are in use.

I just added 15 minutes ($.75) to a dryer that had 2 minutes left, and it charged it and shows up in my purchase history but the dryer did not run the extra time. Now I have to pay $2 more for another 30 minutes when I only needed 15. These machines are already very expensive. There's no excuse for them taking my money like that.
