This tag is so neat! I was able to EVERYTHING about my dog and his medical history to this tag. I was able to add pictures, descriptions, all kinds of info you can't do on a normal metal tag from Petsmart. I feel so much more confident he will come back home if he ever gets lost! I gave it 4 stars because some of the sections I had to redo after entering the info and hitting save. I tested it out and and scanned the tag and everything I added was there. Give this a try yall!

Thankfully, it hasn't had to be used by others (our dog is not a runner and likes to stay at home) But we love the qr code because we are full time rvers so we change locations often, the app allows us to put in the address of whatever park we are currently at so if something does happen the info is always up to date unlike a traditional tag.

I'm starting to get annoyed with this app. When I bought it, the main promotion was that it didn't have a subscription... well, now it does! Second, pictures. I ed pictures of my dog, and when I was trying to look at them, you can only see 10... 10!!! I ed at least 20. I'm getting tired of this app, I don't even know why I bought a replacement tag. I was having problems before it.

App is easy to use. I like that I don't need a subscription for the QR codes to remain active. Nice to know if someone picked my cat up they'd have all the info readily available.

The tags are good size if used on a cat or small animal for but a full size dog, they are way too small. Only about 50% of the time were we able to read the tag. 3 Android phones (2 Pixel 7s, 1 Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and 3 different iPhones (2 14s and 1 15 Pro) and could only get the tag to read on 1 of the pixels, the Galaxy and on 1 of the iPhones. Very disappointed. I can't return because it's personalized so now I'm stuck with a very expensive name tag that MIGHT help locate him if lost

Easy to set up, great service. Really love all the features. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but it's easy for anyone who may find your pet. I took the option to engrave my phone number on the tag, for anyone technologically challenged. Recommended!

Deserves zero stars. I ourchased the ID badge when it was called BarkBadge. I tried logging into my and I get errors saying "Please using My email". Google doesn't work. I've reset my , doesn't fix it. Customer service said their IT team would fix it over a month ago and noe they just aren't responding to my emails. I wish I could refund the product considering they don't care once they have your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
