Customer goes above and beyond! I can not commend them enough. Prompt, fast replies via emails. Great job, team! The app does take some getting used to, but with some practice, it's a breeze. My only suggestion for AGL is finding a way to end games when pool games have a 6 run per half limit. Example: 6 runs per half limit, team has 5 runs, and girl hits a 3 run Homer. I couldn't find a way to score it with one run. I can, however, add the outs to end the inning.

My daughter had 7 games this weekend. I've been able to watch 1 of them. I understand this is a new app, so charge less in the beginning... I'm paying price for elementary technology. The stats and scorekeeping are also not very friendly. They don't keep stats for catcher's or fielders ... just batting and pitching. Someone should ask for help with their technology here.

Very, Very Glitchy. Video streaming is nice, but nothing close to game changes as far as functionality. This app has a long, long, long way to go. Very hard to score a game without freezing, failing to connect to server, not ing or accepting an input. Just started using but about ready to go back to Gamechanger.

This is terrible, I first purchased the $25 monthly subscription and I couldn't watch any games. I then 2 hours later purchased the $29 subscription (I know, my bad) hoping that was the issue, wrong. I instantly canceled my $29 subscription because it didn't help (still charged full price) . And now I'm almost $60 in the hole for an app that doesn't work at all. I will never recommend this app....

This should be in Beta testing not a paid app! We've now used it since this summer for our team. The scoring feature is useless. Tech is non-existent. We like many others were told a gopro Hero 8 would work and it doesn't. Still no response from tech on how to get it to work. We are using a phone to stream our stuff. Sometimes the feed just drops. This concept is awesome but this wasn't ready for prime time. Gamechanger w/video would be the perfect app!

GARBAGE!! It was a good Idea with horrible implementation. Among other things, The scoring part of the app is slow, glitchy, and not intuitive. It seems that the creator of the scoring app has never scored a game. The Livestream is not much better. We were at a tournament that had an AGL camera on every field. Ours stopped working, and we were told to stream it ourselves, but it was configured so that we couldn't. We had several coaches trying to watch. GARBAGE!!

Really disappointed with this app, it rarely works, we were hoping this would be the answer in the covid world to college softball coaches being able to watch our games but it seldom works and when it does it constantly glitches. The concept is a winner but they have a long way to go for it to be worth the money we paid.

Zero stars. Terrible. Slow, buggy. Absolutely can't stand anything about this product. Scoring is absolutely terrible also. I have a pixel and upgraded to the newest version of Android..the video playback didn't work for a month. Wishing my team would drop this service.
