Unconventional UI and poor system integration. Message notifications don't push to the app but instead, the app syncs messages EVENTUALLY. Calling is very wonky, like if I don't answer a call in seconds, I miss the call. Bluetooth takes forever to switch to. Sometimes I need to force quit the app. Feels like amateur development. Honestly it's better than the awful 2000's style Windows app, but that's a low bar to . They keep making "new" (same) Android apps, maybe to hide such poor reviews.

Easy to use, only a few issues. 1 calling while on wifi only records my side of the conversation. 2 call history is buggy. Doesn't always show calls received. 3 the sound is sometimes too low 4 the playback only works on speaker would like v1 set ear only so the world doesn't have to hear the conversation PROS navigation is easy, Saving and sharing is clean and easy ( has saved my butt ) part orders that I made, the manufacturer said I didn't I was able to quickly prove I did.

Hasn't worked for the last 7 months. Can't to the app. Complete garbage app. I'm recommending my company drop this in place of something that actually works and is reliable.

Not brilliant call quality when WhatsApp is fine. Sometimes I can't hang up and have to restart the phone to get it hang up. Also, no visual on screen saying I'm still connected, quite worrying.

Works great...used for work and it even works with my Plantronics headset( polygon now)...love the app no need for a desk phone now that we use this.

Hi Communicator Team, When we call to someone that time bluetooth earphone do not work I checked with several brands earphone but facing same issue. Hope you are solving this issue soon.
