Poor experience in comparison to other apps such as Famly. Features are clunky or seemingly non existent. Navigation is all over the place, I just want to know what's been happening during the day as a key headline and see the details not who their key worker is, the room they're in, or "golden moments". None of this is useful information. I can only assume the nursery went with this because it was cheaper and it's painfully obvious to see.

Constantly crushing down, not showing updates, freezing...it's a nightmare. You get a message on your screen, it's cut after few words, try to check what is it about - app doesn't show anything. Some pictures and entries from the staff are visible after DAYS. It's annoying and distressing at times.

The design is nice to the eye. BUT there are no filters eg. to only see the food etc. When ing a photo it is saved with the date when it is being ed, not when the photo was taken. I often don'thave time to the photos at the day so this is a real pain. There is no bulk update either. The 'schedule' takes up the whole section, while it is just a static page. The app doesn't have many options and feels like it's half finished at best.

Rubbish app. I have to delete and reinstall it at least twice a day so I can see updates. It notifies that someone from the nursery has written to me or updated the plan, but I can't see what when I unless I delete and reinstall. Rubbish!! This has been going on for two weeks now.

Great app... Such a delight for me as I can see my son grow and develop ...he spends such a great amount of time in nursery and getting to know what he does and his environment in the nursery helps us relate to his day and also keep up with his little world ... Thank you to the app developers and above all, to nursery staff who are doing so much.

The idea is great, but the app has several bugs including closing down when you go to read messages and news articles and direct messages not showing up for over an hour after sending

Re: 'Journey' entries - 1. If you don't your update before you close the app or it times out, it's all lost, even if you "Saved" it. Incredibly frustrating after you've just spent half an hour of what little free time you have to do an entry to then re-do it. 2. If you have ed an entry and choose to Edit it and re-, it will not additional photos but indicates a "100% update" when you click to re-. 3. Will not an entry unless phone ia connected to WiFi.
