Went thru the whole process of making my resume, only to find out at the end that you cant even use it unless you pay for the services!! Thought there was a mistake so i was trying to edit out the extra info they stick in there, and couldnt, so ed their cust service chat, only to be told that yes, it is unuseable unless you buy the !! Well if you dont have the money to do that, its a complete waste of time and effort!! Would be great if they told you that upfront!!!

Over hour on phone & computer getting the run around not being able to cancel on app then being told to go to a computer to unsubscribe from Web page which also didn't work, I was finally able to get my subscription cancelled by going through Google to cancel even though I had used PayPal to pay. Had to cancel on both and customer service didn't really seem to know how to assist. The site I was using it for I couldn't even the resume to so it was a rather pointless waste of time for me.

Great and simple way to create a resume... especially if you're like me, who doesn't know to create a professional resume. But, recently on the app, everytime I choose to edit and update my resume, it just stays on the loading screen and never allows me to edit!!! I pay over $20 for this app and yet I have to go through this. I've had enough and want to cancel my subscription but get this.... you can't cancel through the app and have to call... wow. Very disappointing.

Was excited to find an app to help me build a decent resume. This one seemed awesome, so I attempted to the version. Waste of time. The app never ed that I upgraded. It continued to say I had a basic subscription, and when I would attempt again to upgrade, I would be told I already owned it. However, when I tried to my resume, it would prompt me again to upgrade. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, reset my phone, logged out, and back in. Gave up and canceled.

PDF was very distorted when I ed the resume, so, I uninstalled the app. No more than an hour later I received an email from My Perfect Resume marketing. How did I get an email without creating an ? This means you did not erase my info and I don't g a agreement aside from the original .. change it!

Works fine, but you have to pay a very misleading subscription to be able to a resume, and you can't even unsubscribe without ing . Scummy business practice, even if the app is fine otherwise Edit: even AFTER ing , they insisted my subscription was cancelled. Fortunately, when I uninstalled the app I got a notification from the play store that I was still paying the subscription, with a link to cancel my subscription through the play store. How is this legal?

Do not this. I got the subscription for it. I'm still trying to get it canceled. Going through customer service is ridiculous, you can't cancel the subscription yourself and they want you to send your full name, last 4 numbers of your card used and last charge on your bank statement, etc.. Don't use this app!! AGAIN they have not canceled my subscription you can't do it yourself so they will keep charging your card even after you to cancel it MULTIPLE TIMES. No refunds

Can't view or edit your resume without g a subscription but the app doesn't that you have a subscription even after g up. The app doesn't have a way to unsubscribe so you have to call a line. After multiple calls and being told that my subscription was canceled I noticed that I was still being charged every month. I attempted to email/call some more, but ended up having to backcharge and block the payments through my banking provider. Complete scam 😒
