Worked perfectly when I first installed and paired everything. After an update a couple months ago, the app stopped sending push notifications when the feeder was running low on food and when the dessicant pack was about to expire. Frustrating, especially since I have 3 separate feeders - resetting and reprogramming/ pairing isn't something I want to do. The lids have a fast close option but isn't fast enough to stop my one guy from racing in and using his head to keep it open and start gorging.

Despite having a set meal schedule that is clearly set to repeat the app has twice just decided to just stop feeding my cats for DAYS with no notice or explanation. I altered after the first time it happened and they said they were working on the problem but it just happened again. This thing was not cheap and was d like you can rely on it for out of town trips. This is absolutely unacceptable, I can not recommend

Works great! I only use the feeder when I'm out of town, and turn off the power when it's not in use. Minor complaint, but the app sends me notifications several times a day notifying me the device is disconnected. I'm unable to find an option in the app to acknowledge that the device is intentionally powered off so it quits annoying me.

Feeders aren't automatically updating for the end of Daylight Saving Time and there's no manual way to update either. Now all the feedings are dispensed an hour early, so I have to update each feeding with a time that doesn't match the actual clock. What a dumb flaw. If it's too hard to sync the app, the actual time, and the feeder, then at least let s do so manually.

I've had 2 issues with the water fountain, one was a frequent disconnection/removal of the fountain in the app, and the second was with incorrect units in push notifications. For the first, the issue was eventually fixed, although it was fixed silently and I initially was told it was a me problem due to my router. For the second, they acknowledged and fixed it within a couple days, so I was very impressed by that. The company seems to take well, even if it's not immediate.

Not being able to schedule more than three meals a day is a problem. I don’t want to leave food out for hours, but my indoor/outdoor cat often misses mealtimes. I have to manually open the feeder, disrupting the schedule and preventing the food from reaching room temperature. It would be great if the same bowls could be scheduled to reopen if there’s still food left. A way to weigh the food would also help. On the plus side, the feeder keeps food fresh longer. I hope for more app updates soon.

Struggle to connect device I bought the fountain and wireless feeder. The fountain is working as intended but doesn't show up on the app to connect at all. The feeder has been my biggest struggle. This will not connect to the app whatsoever. I've found on reddit that this is apparently the norm when it comes to the feeders. Unfortunately, this may result in me having to return the feeder.

While I love the products. The app for me is a major letdown in one product. The Polar Wet Feeder. There is no "feed now" option for feeding your pet their wet food at your current moment. You have to go into the schedule, change the date, the time, and potentially the length of time to stay open. Then if you need to go back to the previous schedule, how you had it before, you have to change it again! The app alone makes the polar wet feeder not worth buying due to this lack of function.
