Very useful. Especially when the light is temporarily inaccessible. Currently impossible to pair the radio as it's not listed in the items to pair. Also, I'm told to ''press button'' to pair. There are 11 buttons on the radio, and none appear to allow me to pair!

The app will not work. Tried on two different phones and getting the authentication failure. Other post showed that their phone is a 10, and the app only works with 9. Technology is only getting better. We should not have to downgrade our devices to make your product work. Update the app if this is the only way to use the equipment you sale.

Using this app along with DW03050 laser measure. This app is almost useless are a way to record measurements and exports them as a PDF which makes any adjustments or corrections a lot more difficult. Having the measurements recorded and then exported as a spreadsheet make a lot more practical sense as notes, adjustments, how you want the measurements layed out etc could either be made on the fly or once back at the office on a PC by copying and pasting rather than having to manually enter them.

Test your software before you release it! "Cannot pair at this time, please try again later" what an idiotic message. Either it pairs or not! Either way, battery will pair directly with when iding bluetooth setting of phone (so we know bluetooth works, the battery is sending etc.), but wont pair inside the app. I see from other s this is a known issue. I am at a loss to understand how a piece of software is released in this day and age without being properly tested? Dumping BT battery.

My experience with this app is frustrating. I can't access any of my tools to manage and/or edit names, basically I can't anything. I wasted money on the connectors for nothing. I cant even get into the app itself. It crashes every time I try to get on it. I think it's a waste of time and money, should have just went with milwaukee tools.

It's practically useless, to me, because I work in Stucco buildings and gett no reception, most of the time, so I can't have the app and drill Bluetoothed, because my drill will not work if I have no reception, which renders me unable to do my job. It was very frustrating and embarrassing the first couple of times it happened, until I realized what it was and deactivated it. It's worked fine ever since.

UPDATE. My original rating was one star. I've updated to 5. I had issues originally, but the response from was great. Gordon stayed in touch, and kept me in the loop. He asked for info, and I provided. We tried a different phone, running Android 9 which had no issues. It seems my issue is related to my recent 10. I just installed the newest version of this app, and it seems to have done the trick, and works great now. Gordon and the rest of the crew get 5 stars as well.

Worked without trouble yesterday. Suddenly encountered an issue with the app only loading to a blank white screen.. so I updated their hotfix. I can get to the home page and see my tool, but suddenly.. it's out of range. I'm holding my phone in one hand, and the tool in the other.. I'm a big guy, but I don't have some 50-100ft wingspan. Drill is unusable.. needs to be fixed ASAP. Oh, and when locating? Shows it's in the neighbors yard.. but again... I'm holding the drill, in my own home. Fix it.
