They finally made this app usable on my phone, so I got it. So far it seems to display and monitor just as the does. I don't see much of a difference other than touch screen capabilities with the phone app. I like that it runs continuously in the notifications bar, I don't have to search for and open the app every time I want to check it.

Multiple bluetooth connection failures are not sensor related. Erratic loss of signal failures. Have to clear data and start over again, going through those boring text views. If you can't fix the program, them please provide a condensed restart program. This issue has been going on for months. You want me to send in a sensor, but that is not the problem.

Display notifications tend to freeze. Sometimes the app will randomly freeze on a specific number on the display notification and you will have to go into the app manually to fix it. Worst thing about it is that the alerts are also calibrated to that frozen number. I just had this issue and it read "93" on the display notification but when I opened the app... "293". I didn't realize till hours later. The dexcom g6 app did not have any issues for me, quite disappointing.

Dexcom is trash if you happen to travel internationally. It gives you an error message that your phone location doesn't match your original location and to technical to resolve the issue. But the link to technical doesn't work. In short, you will be in a foreign country without the ability to monitor what could be a life or death issue.

Haven't had a problem with dexcom 7 until lately it's been a great instrument on helping me determine my blood sugars what about the last three units that I have installed as has lost connection and unable to reconnect I've had them on for 2 days and have to take them off and put a new one on which isn't very cheap I'm trying to get the receiver so I can resolve this problem but that is becoming to be very hard to. I'm at a loss because I really love dexcom

1-star review: 1.) App sometimes crashes, looses all data, and won't reconnect to sensor unless you still have the applicator. Cloud-sync data and build-in recovery. 2.) App is SLOW when adding medications or viewing history. Adding a medication dosage takes forever. 3.) PLEASE... add a way to add a standard Morning/nighttime set of medication dosages so I don't have to enter all of them...every. damn. time. SLOWLY. 4.) ADD A DAMN DARK MODE! Blinding 2am low alerts are NOT FUN.

Having a wearable sensor that tests my blood sugar every 5 minutes, and gives both alerts and shows trends is transformative. The technology isn't always perfect, but I feel sorry for any diabetic who still only tests with a finger stick. (Occasional finger sticks for calibration or confirmation still required!) My HbA1c has dropped by almost a full point over the last year, in no small part thanks to this technology.

This is so close to being a great app if hey could just work out a few of the bugs. Calling tech was a 45 minute exercise in futility. First person was clearly reading from canned responses that I could have read off of the internet. Second person was more knowledgeable but still couldn't solve the problem and had to escalate. I still haven't heard back yet The fact that half of their sensors have been duds is a whole separate issue
