Terrible. A big step down from the Thalys app, which already wasn't great. It has bugs. It cannot that I am a senior and even when I change it from adult to senior, the app still says adult. The worst change compared to the Thalys app is that you cannot select seats anymore, not even in first class. The trains are fully booked much of the time and overpriced due to their monopoly. There aren't enough trains relative to the demand and it becomes harder and harder to find a seat.

It updated and now I can't view my booking. There is no live chat feature with a real person. It's really hard to get a response for any issues. I thought I could really on the app too cute my booking so I deleted my confirmation email, but now I know it's not a reliable source and an having trickle retrieving my reservation.

decent app for tickets and overview. why on earth though can't I change my booking in the app. no it opens this ridiculous chat bot nobody asked for that then sends me to a webpage for me to again. why install the app if I'd be doing anything relevant on the website anyway... please devs add the native ability in the app to change my trip.

I feel like there are one or two settings missing as I had the language set to English but I couldn't change the USD to euro without changing the language to Dutch and restarting the app. I needed euros for the e voucher. otherwise a good app

Spent two hours without being able to purchase a ticket, a problem solved immediately when I tried the Eurostar website. Do not push your app on people if you can't run it properly!

Well, the website was reasonably smooth, but I had to go over the app to put in my Eurostar hip number twice. Nevertheless, the Eurostar site is very good and it's also great that I can change the time of my train on the same date, as long as the starting point and destination are the same.

Such a slow application. travel updates are useless. I print off my tickets, can't depend on this thing

Another pile of updates. Still can't get things right. When I choose payment by PayPal, my prefilled address disappears, so I have to retype it every single time...
