Lots of bugs and confusing features. No way to access a camera both locally over LAN and remotely over internet. You can configure the camera both ways, and they both work, but the latest LAN or internet configuration most recently added displaces the other. Also no PTZ control in android version. I would buy the cloud but I have so many Foscam cameras that it would be cheaper to replace tham all with a different brand. FYI the Tinycam Pro app does everything that the VMS lacks.

100% GARBAGE! MULTIPLE TIMES the app lost the video feed while someone was tresing on my property. After the long slow multiple attempts trying to get the video back, the video played for less than 7 seconds and froze up again. Multiple tries and minutes later when the video started again, the tresers was gone.

Fraught with many tiny issues that make this app a royal pain to use. For example, the video clips you don't actually capture the entire motion event. Sometimes the cameras or clips don't load correctly, so you have to close the app and relaunch it. The cameras themselves are decent but the software is terrible.

It doesn't work. And when I scanned the QR code which is a bar code I just got invalid code. Even though >t was connected to the router with an Ethernet cable the app still couldn't find it. And yes my phone was connected to the same network via WiFi. Couldn't be found in wifi discover either.

The time won't stay set on both of my HT2 wifi PTZ Dome cameras. When I set the time correctly, the app shuts the NTP button off, then changes the time from pm to am and sets the clock back 1 hour. It does this after about 1 minute of being corrected. The time zone is correctly set all the time.

Had it for years. One camera is no longer connecting but another camera is. Even changed DSN in network to 8.8.8.8. as suggested and no connection. Very frustrating. Tech help has been responsive and trying to help. I think it is the camera itself. Maybe they will exchange, but haven't offered. The camera keeps saying waiting for wifi configuration... Not sure what to do at this point. We are going to place cameras on the exterior of home and now not sure if we will stay with Foscam.

So my camera was taking forever to load and was only showing the same screen from 3 days ago with no change of time, date, ect....updated: sop couldn't find the problem and finally just webby home and unplugged everything, and plugged it back in --Result-- still loads slow, but it's up to date and running ;) and speed is a "little" faster at getting to the live screen than before. Haven't had any of problems other than that so far

No option to move camera??? The pan buttons are not selectable. And where are the options to save pics and video. If I knew the app would get screwed up this badly, I would not have bought the camera. The old app worked fine and now we don't even have the option to use it. Sucks! Edited... won't work with older cam. Where's the old app? It worked.
