Love the app and the possibility to use my phone for many things. One big star reduced due to a killing problem: if BG is changing rapidly, e.g. dropping dangerously fast, LibreLink doesn't show glucose value, but claims an error instead, and tells to measure after 10 minutes again. Happened three times, and every time the drop was for real. Luckily Libre reader works in this case, I just don't carry it with me. Very dangerous, and hopefully this reading hiding "feature" will be removed soon.

I had to turn the bluetooth off as the battery consumption of bluetooth scans was too high. Therefore, I don't get alarms which were beneficial for me. Before the bluetooth scan update, the app was working fine and I would have given 4 stars review. But the bluetooth scans ruined the app with enormous battery consumption. ing is waste of time, they just write up the and can't give any help as my phone is listed as a tested device.

I see many people posting negative reviews, but in my experience the app has worked quite well. Many of the issues people are having are of error, but there seems to be a lot of issues with specific phones as well. I'm using Galaxy A50. I would give 5 stars if the app could see it has been excluded from Do not disturb. Also zooming options would be nice on the curve. Also I have the app stuck in english, which isn't very nice, as it causes all the notes to be in English.

App used to be fine. But now has an irritating bug: Since it updated to this newer version, it's frustrating to check logbook. Takes over 15 sec to open, which makes me avoid to check anything from logbook as much as possible. I was frequently using logbook for monitoring. If you waited 15-20sec for log to open, and accidentally pressed home button or switch app, then you switch back to libre app, it'll once again keep loading the logbook for 20-30sec

Android 13 vibrations need to be enabled from system settings by enabling "system vibration" in "sounds and vibrations." UPDATE: The signal loss bug seems to be fixed 👍. Do not disturb override access is still not detected. Also, after extended use, if the app is left open and not closed from recents, eventually the app will always show one "scan error" popup when resuming to it. Even if you are not even trying to scan anything. The scan will work normally after this error, though.

Constant problems with getting a reading with the app (I have Android). I now need to carry the device with me - which is precisely what I didn't want to do. Also the device gives me a more trustworthy trend: the app gives me a stable arrow then 30 minutes later my blood sugar crashes. These problems started a couple of months back and are getting more serious and frequent.

The app works great with the Libre sensor. Libre 2 though? It just doesn't work. At all. I'm using this app for the sole purpose of not having to lug around the reader itself. Which was great until I moved onto Libre 2. I've gotten ONE ALARM. Just one. After that, I've gotten constant errors of "Alarms are unavailable". No matter what I do, the red exclamation mark is always there, and no alarms. App works great with Libre 1, doesn't work at all with Libre 2.

Scanning the sensor is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get an error. Sometimes it just doesn't do anything or just vibrates but doesn't get any data. The only temporary fix that I've found working is restarting my phone, which is a bit inconvenient. This is so annoying. Please fix immediately!! Edit: I have ed the Customer multiple times. They aren't offering any help. They just tell me to try another sensor, which obviously isn't the problem.
