I like to do the Sudoku puzzle and it's not possible to fill out within the app. So, I usually print it every day. However, this app (unlike the original Gainesville Sun app), DOESN'T give printing as an option. Otherwise, the app is better. Fix this and I'll change my review to 5 stars. The old app will print it on a full sizes 8-1/2 x 12 piece of paper. This one saves as a pdf on 1/2 the size. If the old Gainesville Sun app goes away, I will stop getting the paper for this reason. Please fix!

Very disappointed, app doesn't ones or provide means to 😠. Frustration compounded by email notices which brings one to a story but then offers no way to to read,😡 just a solicitation to purchase an already purchased subscription. If there is a way to , they are keeping it very well hidden. Arrg 🤬

I compared the local news that the Gainesville Sun now puts on print with the news put out by the local Wednesday day a week newspaper... shameful! You took what was a great newspaper and reduced it to nothing of value. I've been holding on to the print edition, but now that door to door morning delivery is gone, I will not renew.

I am a subscriber to the print edition of the SUN. I rely on the digital for backup if I can't retrieve the delivered newspaper or traveling without the printed version. Sorry you dropped the relationship with the NY Times but I do enjoy USA Today as I had a 25+ year subscription until 2 years ago. A good not great substitute vs. the Times. TJR 🙄

This app is terrible. Frequently when you select a story to read, it takes you back to the previous story you read on a prior page. Also the "close USA Today" banner doesn't go away. Please fix this app, or give us back the previous Gainesville Sun app - it worked so much better.

It used to look like a real paper. How do you get that version back. Now I have one new article and the rest are a couple of months old. The previous version that looked like an actual paper was great.

I've always enjoyed the Sun! They keep us well informed on the local news. 2 stars. Too exspensive $9.99 per month for digital subscription!!!!
