Careful they take your money and it doesn't work. I bought the package for a couple of hunderd $ but can't use grams on the website and the app doesn't work on my android. It closes after g in. They won't reimburse my payment because I bought the yearly subscription and not monthly. This is a rip -off. BTW it did set me up with a 2000 cal plan. At 70 kg and not active I would gain not lose on the plan! You figure.

Misleading company and the app is terrible. They promote one thing but you literally have to pay an additional charge not only for the hip, which they say includes x, y, z but oh no to access those things (x, y, z) is an additional charge! Your "hip fee" $129 is for you to fill out a 5 minute survey that is reviewed by a "doctor". You have to even pay to use the app! The medication is alright but zero instruction or guidance. Spelling and grammar mistakes in everything!

This platform is misleading and unfair. They claim subscription can be canceled easily and refunds are processed "no questions asked," but that's far from the truth. Here's my experience: 1. I couldn't cancel my subscription directly. 2. They forced me to call a specific number, which is inconvenient. 3. I sent an email explaining my reason for canceling, but they never replied. This is one of the worst subscription services I've ever encountered. False promises and poor customer service

If I could give this less stars, I would. The app always crashes, and they've made it near impossible to cancel. I tried to cancel through the settings, but got a message saying that I need to call to cancel. When I call the number, I get elevator music before being told that no one is available to assist me, and my only option at that point is to leave a message. Meanwhile, they keep changing me and I haven't gotten a response.

The moment you're in it's very clearly an aggressive money grab. Page after page after page of extra purchases you have to opt out of. So much info to read that I missed that it's a monthly charge, not a one time purchase! When I asked for my money back, they told me it's too late and refused a refund. Buyer beware!! The program is very inflexible and doesn't allow you to easily add food you ate that isn't exactly how they have it written. Horrible experience!! Complete junk!

Do not this app. There are free apps that are better and less predatory. This one combines poor functionality (it doesnt actually load a lot of the time) and deliberately makes it very difficult for you to cancel the so it will keep taking your money. I tried to cancel and I can't! I have to call a number in the US which is on a completely different time zone to me I do not recommend. Steer clear of this app.

Honestly, you can google better recipes. The recipes are unoriginal, the macro breakdown doesn't seem to align with metabolism type, and it's damn near impossible to get your subscription cancelled. I went in and hit cancel on my settings. Didn't cancel. Thought I made a mistake, tried again the next month (it's literally a button that says cancel subscription) still didn't work. Here I am $80 deep into an app that doesn't let you opt out.

Impossible to cancel, I signed up for the Pro plan to try it out, not what I wanted (you can't filter out recipes based on allergies), tried to cancel. First it tries to guilt you into staying with numerous windows and options, and then tells you it requires a phone call to cancel as the app uses "Health data". After multiple tries and messages, I still haven't reached a human and no one has called back. I signed up thinking to get some good recipes with good info, instead got scammed.
