Latest update = gestures not working. Really do they test this software before release??? I'd give it 💩💩💩💩💩. Tracking doesn't work, it does use phone's multiple cameras, so zoom is limited to digital, tracking doesn't work it causes the gimbal to flip out and point in the wrong direction. The camera filter text is in Chinese. If you technical the blame Android OS, I have a Pixel you can't get Android any more vanilla. Also noticed no replies from the developers...

Photo meta data tagging missing or wrong. Date-time, location/position, camera/device. First 2 are essential to me. The 'img' prefix in the file name is a serious inconvenience; date-time is sufficient and used in sorting on file name together with files from other cameras.

The Hohem Pro app worked great with my old gimbal. I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and it's too heavy for the gimbal I had. So I upgraded to the M6. I'm not pleased with the Joy app; the camera function is horrible and very laggy. I move the camera lens, and it takes a minute for the image on the screen to catch up. Very disappointed. The app, as of now, is only useful for changing the settings on the gimbal.

If this could use the native 4k video on Pixel 8 Pro it would be better adopted and more usable to a wider audience. The contrast, filming from a shaded area, looking into a bright area, through the app makes the result unusable due to the color correction making the bright area excessively bright. I switched back to the native Pixel video software and the difference was back to normal. This massive flaw makes the gimbal unusable in that aspect and detracts from the general use without 4k.

Good app. An option to disable the notification sound with the MT2 would be nice. As well as a shortcut button on the gimbal itself to quickly switch back to the previous mode instead of circling through the entire list. And the MT2 loses connectivity with my zv e10. I need to re-pair it when I turn either device off

Manual mode is not working at all. No matter what I change in manual mode settings, the display below shows something else + ISO keeps changing which means it's still in Auto. I'm on Galaxy S24 Ultra. Recording quality in low light on Auto seems visibly worse than default Galaxy Camera app but it might be me. Just fix the bug with manual settings PLEASE. Great gimbal but this issue pisses me off big time.

Not very compatible Android devices. If you are going to use this until they decide to fix the issue with the 4k and 60fps and it not opening the camera. Then. I suggested that people just use the default camera. When given evidence that the app has issues, they blame Samsung and say nothing wrong with the app. The gamble it's self is perfect. Just this app sucks and lets it down big time. Also, like I have been told by staff, the main target group with this app is apple. One software with apple

Works 100% on my samsung, but the problem is when i use the gimbal without the app when i use default camera app and press record button its not recording or capturing photos but zooming instead
