It's honestly ok. Whenever I filter by price, it's kinda random like it'll go from $1,100 to $30 to $500, then back down. This app also needs more s like when I filter the price, there is a plate carrier for $10,000. These listing's need to be taken down, and all the already sold stuff with it.

needs better vouch system inbox clean up works. Meets all my wants. Only thing that would improve it would be more sorting options upgraded to 4 stars. Latest update has filtering for search posts based on distance. That's a game changer for me. Cleaned up some. No way to delete messages, no benefits for Android s, can't sort posts by distance or price, can't use search feature. Barely useable, considered broken. Get it together.

This app use to be good. I was a long time , use to pay the $10 monthly fee for this app. Now? Well 10% fee for selling, punished for canceling transactions, punished for saying " me" in your description. Charged for canceling transactions. Keeps comparing themselves to eBay, they are not eBay. This app use to be awesome but it's become a nightmare. Oh you need your money to ship the product? Don't count on it. Your funds are held until the product is delivered and reviewed.

Runs obscenely slow and tends to freeze up often, requiring a hard restart. It also does not always notify you of new private messages. They could clean up a lot of the listings and free up space by just automatically removing ads that are older than 6 months. Should also have an auto-kill feature that prohibits someone from listing any ad that starts with "just testing the waters" :P

Decent, but needs work definatly. I even had the paid version and its still a low quality app. Can't send videos, gotta get lucky to send pictures (crucial for sales). And thier customer service leaves much to be asked for. For what it's worth, it's a good place to find used equipment and guns ect. Edit: They have changed it so if you try to do the transaction outside hopup (avoid 10% fee which is insane) you get banned from the app completely. Would NOT reccomend.

Works great so far, just wish they had a PC/Mac version. I'm mostly interested in getting a bunch of gear I don't use anymore out the door, so I'm not adamant about maximizing a profit, here. My biggest gripe is that having to enter everything through a smartphone is absolutely MISERABLE if you have a lot of stuff to sell. Other than that, I'm fine that they want to take a cut of sales. Cost money to run things.

NOT READY FOR BUSINESS!!!!! I tried to purchase the different items. One was cancelled with no explanation. The second, the item was not as described, returned item to seller, it has been a few days and I have no refund from HopUp even after ing . The third one, the seller created a shipping label but never shipped, it has been several days and nothing has been done to make things right. I'm out a few hundred dollars from multiple transactions and very poor from HopUp.

My relationship with HopUp is best described as love/hate. I love the concept, and it was a market that certainly needed accommodation. However, their policies are inconsistently enforced, and favor big retailers over smaller, niche sellers such as myself. The app is finnicky at best and broken at worst, sometimes crashing and deleting posts and messages with no input. Hopefully the team behind it can get it together, because there is plenty of potential to be explored here. Sincerely, CD
