Too many steps to find the specific parking garage you want and the times that you want. I park at the same garage everyday and the app makes it difficult and is prone to mistakes. Canceling and editing appointments are also not easy. takes a long time to respond.

Used this app for the 1st time & will not be using it again. We had no issues entering the garage. When we returned to the garage to leave, we had problems with the barcode and unlocking the door. We were finally able to enter after about 10 attempts. Got to the car and was exiting but the gate was not lifting and prompted us to swipe our card. We tried multiple times but ended up swiping our card to exit. I checked my this morning and I was double charged for parking.

This app is pretty awful. Every action is painfully slow. Their website is slow, too, so it's likely the backend. every single interaction is painfully slow, and sometimes it just spins forever, and you have to kill the app and try again. If you click on a garage from the list and it doesn't open for 30 seconds, so you click 7 more times, it'll eventually open the thing 8 times over, with a delay for each. The worst part is that if you need this, you really rely on it.
