Perfectly useless app. Never been able to connect to the vehicle or see any information or use it to lock/unlock. But it comes up with an add the you skip by tapping the top right corner just to see a second add you can't skip for 5 second and if you go to anywhere else on your phone, when you reopen this app, this madness starts again. This is an advertising machine app nothing else. This kind of apps should be banned on Google, but it won't happen as Google makes money on them.....

I would like a refund on this subscription since I never got the help to make work with my car. I emailed and always got the same message back to send them pictures, even though I attached multiple pictures on the email. No customer service at all. This app sucks

They charge for one year, not for one month. The app can not find your key if you did not the hip and ed your car and key before you lost it. Do not be enticed by the ment, which is saying as if they can find your key no matter what. This app is not d with any motor company.

DO NOT BUY. You cannot check car compatibility without purchasing this pricey app. When I tried to reach for a refund, once I found out that my car was not compatible, the email was 'undeliverable'. Scam.

Poor experience to connect to my car if I don't have an with credentials made yet. No clue still where to do this but they were able to connect and charge my card already for an annual subscription.

The app doesn't open after paying for a subscription. Can't enter anything anywhere. No way to for help other than email, and that takes forever if they even answer. 0 stars.

So, basically you HAVE to pay ( Yes or yes), to use the app. I promise you won't be able to do a single thing without paying 19.99/month or 69.99/year. And if you do pay it, you'll encounter several issues like compatibility, connectivity, and a ridiculous "7 day trial for only **$19.99" **Not refundable, must be paid immediately when selecting "7 day trial", and yes, it is not a free trial.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for this app which said in the disclosure I would have a 7 day trial before it charged my card. LIE. Had this app on my phone for a couple minutes before I deleted it and subscription because it wasn't even compatible with our car when we locked the only set of keys in. Poorly designed to get people to buy the app before they are able to check for compatibility. Google wouldn't even give me a refund. KeyConnect, make it right and give me my $19.99 back!
