Edit: I'm rating 3 stars only because the game mostly works but still needs a major rework, I figured out the social button issue you would have to go to friends on the app first but I'm still having an issue with buildings not loading at all or just being black squares or rectangles. Until this app has a major update to rework this I'm not ing it again. Seriously though I mean they did it with smurf's villlage. So I know the company is more than capable. Seriously please fix!

I really loved this game when it first came out. Took a break from it and here I am again lol this time though I'm noticing that some of the houses and buildings that are needed in quests aren't ACTUALLY available in the stores to buy nor do I have to be a certain level before said home or construt is also available. They're just not there, anywhere. So for alot of quests I just can't do, point blank period, like the blossom home, not on there or the museum. If you can fix that'd be great

I'm on level 124 and for a couple of months I have had endless issues with Limited Edition Quests. Either it tries to proceed before I have completed a task making it impossible to finish the quest. Or I keep getting LEQ that I've already completed in the past. For example I will be asked to clean up the foundation of a building I've already built completely a long time ago. It is becoming rediculous and very expensive since I have used a ton of gold, axes, coins, and potion to complete.

i love this game and play it all the time but the past 2 days when i open it the game opens but it also comes up that wally must be playing with the servers and i can get it off the screen. I would have given this game a 5 if i could actually still play it. I even tried uninstalling and installing it again twice and that didn't even work. Now I can't play my game anymore and that sucks!

Played for a couple weeks and was beginning to like it besides it too hard to get swords and then it wouldn't load said I had no connection lol so I ended up deleting and reinstalled. One it was a different name when I looked for it and I have been trying to open it for 2 days now with no success. I'm not having any problem opening any other game I have so what's the issue

Incredibly short amount of time into the game before you start requiring items that can only be obtained with microtransactions or by completing shady 'offers'. I do appreciate your response, that means a lot! I completely understand the necessity of having microtransactions, especially in a free game. Having played a ton of town builder games, I don't mind watching ads, grinding, or buying microtransactions to make life easier/faster, but I didn't like that progress was completely halted, and so quickly into the game. In a world where everyone and their grandmother is hacking, spamming & stealing identities, I hope you understand my hesitance of having to enter personal info into a lot of these offers.

It seems like 5 minutes after a new game is installed a pop up asks us to rate it. Please tell me how after just a few minutes of play qualifies anyone to write a review? I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks. It is now time to rate it! The graphics are great. That is the only great thing! To many annoying pop ups, to many requirements to complete structures, building and growing time is to long.

I've been playing this game for a few years and I love it! I've upgraded phones a few times and had a little trouble transferring my game progress, but each time, I was able to email customer service and Pam has helped me get transferred right away each time. The most recent transfer, I had an issue with all of the items showing as like a shadow of the image. It took a few emails and steps to try, but with the last update, everything is back to normal, and I'm very satisfied! Thank you!
