Useless. App sent me a code, didn't work. repeat a few times and I get the message "too many attempts, try again later". You're not a banking app, no need to be so damned paranoid. Now the app is stuck on the email page. I get a toast saying confirmation code was sent (which arrives hours later) but no way to move on. clicking the continue button just sends another code (eventually). You need to sort this mess out if you want anyone to use it. I'll just delete it.

The app was fine 2 years ago when first installed. This year, it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled, and has finally given me access to my tickets 3 days after starting to work on it. It appears to be working now. Fingers crossed that that is still the case on match day!

forced to use it to access tickets, which would be enough of a nightmare if it worked but sadly unbelievably glitchy so can't access tickets half the time and can't send them to the people I'm going with. dread to think how it will work when at a busy stadium with poor internet.

Highly confusing, needlessly complicated to pay for tickets with unintelligible jargon and needing to other peoples email addresses etc. Trying to and it traps you in endless loops of sign in and click "View Tickets", sign in again and then repeat. Paid for three tickets, can only see one. It has 3 QR codes on, but only a single seat listed. Can get a code to share with my two friends who are going, but have no guarantee they will be able to gain access with the same code.

First the good things generally a well put together app with useful information. Now the bad the process to access my tickets does not work properly, it never re my , it never keeps me logged in (like many other apps) it's not compatible with my manager whenever I click on my manager to auto fill the the process restarts this is so frustrating, please fix. Update 30-Jun-24: Still not fixed, new phone same problems, doesn't remain logged in.

Probably one of the worst and most "buggy"apps I have ever used. Not intuitive, over complicated, and content is poorly organised. Above all, it is virtually impossible to reliably fulfil simple tasks, such as viewing and reselling tickets, without issues, entailing unnecessary phone calls and emails to the technical team. Needs drastic improvement!

Like lots of others have said, the app puts you into an endless loop, where you enter your email to log on, the code is sent to your email then you can't move on. Then it says too many attempts try later. I've tried uninstalling, no change. Why does it have to be so blinkin complex, I'm buying tickets not gold bullion.
