with booking code doesn't work. It shows the booking details but doesn't save it nor signs in, so you have to type the booking code every time. The "add" button on the trips screen doesn't save it either. Frustrating. It also doesn't save boarding es to Google Wallet, which is pretty standard and expected in all airline apps.

the app does not work offline - mainly: offline storage&display of a boarding which was already accessed by the app few hours earlier. QR code very small, airport scanners have problems to read it. to the developer: this is seriously garbage and not understanding UX. imagine not being able to access the boarding on a wifi/4g patchy airport in spain or fighting with a scanner.

App logs me out when using as guest leaving me without my booking. I tried to create an but it didn't recognise the I had just created. Tried to change the but this only resulted in error messages. Pity I can't give zero stars.

Nice to have an app like this, but it's super super annoying that it keeps telling the wrong messages. Push notification Says check in is open. Tap it and end up in the app which tells uit check in isn't open yet. only perseverance with refreshing several times suddenly shows you can check in. I book a flight, pay with i-deal. Then I come back to a screen saying payment failed. Spoiler alert: it didn't fail. This app fails.

Application is not friendly. Everytime you open the application you need to again. Furthermore when you press ' boarding ticket' it just shows it in the application and does not actually it on your device. A screenshot is a workaround. After trying the application for two days, I do not see any benefit to it. I would not recommend ing it, just use their website, it works better then the app.

One of the worst airline apps ever. There are African apps that are easier to use. In order to fetch your boarding , you have to log-in constantly. Slow, not intuitive, chaotic and not focused. Had to make screenshot of boarding in order to have it handy. Just when you thought nothing is worse than Ryanair or EasyJet, Airlines like Transavia proof that things can always be worse.

Worst airline app. Always need to upon opening app. cannot open boarding es with it. does not save boarding es. buttons do not respond, such as 'bekijk boeking. every time I have to make a payment for a flight , I receive an error and then doesn't let me go again because it says the booking already exists. you would imagine they can spare the cost of a well developed app, but apparently no.

Frustrating!! I checked in for four engers. You have the option to show the boarding es, but after closing the app, it is not possible to open boarding es again. Nothing at all ... I created an accoun in order to add the tickets to my , but nothing. Again frustation, I cannot even change my personal data in the app
