The app design is bad. Whenever a call comes in, dismissing the notification doesn't stop the vibration until someone picks up or rejects the call on the main unit. There's no way to create a widget or "shortcut" to open a door. I always have to open the app to do it and it becomes quite annoying. There's also no way yo integrate it with Home Assistant to make things more convenient. Even though the app "works" just fine, for me those last 2 points are a make or break. That's why I give it 1star

Mitigated, a number of bugs - it knows when we leave, but not when we're back. - unknown faces can't be ignored when home, only two options, not three as under away - asg an alternate sound to the siren doesn't work as described in help, the "alarm" is not present - to bad that the outdoor camera can't be tied in to the indoor system, such as making the siren bark or turning on lights

Just installed Bticino 100x16e paired with a gate keypad and automatic lock. The Security app does not log events and does not notify my phone when someone rings at the outdoor keypad. I can use the app to open the lock and receive keypad audio/camera (as it should normally work). I have android 13 on a Samsung device, and all permissions enabled for the app. I also turned off battery saving options to prevent the app from being put to sleep. Any advice? It's driving me crazy.

It can't connect to a 5 GHz wifi. However, all networks are 5 GHz nowadays. It's useless.

Extremely buggy functionality, keeps disconnecting. So far no solution. More than disappointing since I promoted the installation of 40 devices in our building.

It works, but it's awkward and annoying. Trying to do too many things results in a lame app. I use it for a BTicino doorbell: you cannot change their awful jingle NO MATTER what you change in the tens of notifications (I tried them all), once it starts you CANNOT MUTE it like any other call, I have to lower the volume to zero every time, if you want to just open the door you are forced to open the video stream anyway, just to name some of the annoyances. The previous app was way more functional.

The old app was fantastic and had been using it for years without issue. The new interface is no where near as good. Having the different screens for live and recorded is no where near as functional. Also if I'm listening to a recorded video and close the app the sound still goes. Closing it should kill the app all together - you should not need to pause the video! Downgraded rating from 5* to 2*

I had a new Bticino 100x16e installed at home a few days ago. The 100x16e is disconnecting from time to time (with long hours/days disconnected). It's not a problem with WiFi Coverage: devices in the same room are connected (Dishwasher, Thermostat, TV, ...). A WiFi reset somwtimes solve the issue, but temporary! I doubt there is some issue ing ssid with same name on 2.4 and 5 ghz P.S. The app has a cloud storage option, but that doesn't work! Empty window with both FTP and Dropbox option!
