Too many glitches for me. I was personalizing a gift for someone. Had to keep starting over due to every time I key in a letter I doubles or triples the letter I typed. When I couldn't get it, I tried ing customer service through the chat to no avail. The chat box was blank and nothing ever popped up. How can you have an app that people are using with no real customer service agents in case we the customers need REAL help? I have no complaints about the items just the app itself.

I recently received a calendar with a missing month! I have been trying to get a replacement and all I have gotten is the AI saying that someone will help ! Now it's too late and my gift is ruined! I have been purchasing with Free Prints for almost 8 years now this the last time I ever want to deal with this situation again!! I am going to work with Snapfish from now on and see if they are better. I hate to leave FP but they have left me with no choice.

Have used this app quite successfully in the past but apparently I'm supposed to update it and that task is unobtainable just takes me back to the app with no update therefore no progress. You'd think they would want you to upgrade and spend more money 🤷 not much point in keeping it, have to check out some others 😞

For years, as a loyal customer, I would salvage over the variety of unique and creative photo gifts they offered. Genuinely pleased with the affordability and quality until this year. The prices are far too high for rather plain and drab blocks of material with a photo slapped on. I was disappointed that they cut down on the creativity of their products as well as jumped prices way up. You used to be able to adjust the photos before they went to checkout, but now you can't even do that!

Some of the items to create are not super friendly. No way to crop, resize an image to fit etc. I spent over 3 hours trying to put together a pillow for my sister. 18 photos and it wouldn't let you simply swap photos to rearrange. You have to start over from scratch. For attempting to create this endearing gift I became quite frustrated and disappointed with the app. Time to start looking at other apps.

The free gifts are a nice perk. But shipping for the free gift ranges from 7.99 up to like 20$ just for one item. Sometimes it goes up if there is 2 items. They need to keep a flat rate for shipping or I won't be using this app anymore.

Terrible crop tool that simply does not work. You're completely unable to edit or rearrange images that you want placed on your item. I was attempting to buy a hardcover notebook with three images and all three were cut off and unable to be edited to look presentable. Furthermore, the rear of the notebook apparently has to match the front or the images will result in an error message that claims the entire project is corrupt. Waste of time.

I wish I could give a zero! When I placed a photo print order I was given a "special FREE item,". It would not show the blanket as free. Instead it was charging $20 for a baby size blanket plus shipping. When I reached out through the help feature, I was told that there was a technical issue and a team member would reach out to me when the issue was fixed. NOPE they emailed me and ignored everything I said. Said I had to send proof of the offer, even though they mentioned it several times!
