The camera quality is fantastic for the price but the app is useless. It keeps crashing and saying there's a bug on the app. So means I can't access the live feed of the camera, nor can I watch videos where motion is detected, so it's useless. Very disappointed. If the app worked, it would be 5 star on quality and price!

Cheap and poor. The doorbell this connects to has issues. Disappointing to find out the app seemingly comes from another company, even though it's ed via a QR code in the manual. The doorbell manufacturer doesn't respond to emails and the product itself- the app- has very little settings. Video is poor and as others have pointed out it doesn't record everything in full. I also had to pay to access videos ut won't renew. There was supposed to be a free trial but that was a lie.

I currently like the service, it notifies me every single time that someone is near or approaches my door, and that much is a good measurement of safety, it does this without fail (camera door bell positioning is important). I also like that I'm able to answer the door this way, through camera and voice recorder, it's all in video display. It's a solid product to buy and install in ones home, thanks.

The app is terrible. It records people when they're ready gone and doesn't record them when it starts seeing them. It's a terrible app. It always records light. I really don't know if it's the app or the cameras, but the point is, it should be recorded from the moment it shows a moment but it doesn't.

Can't see any recordings without buying a subscription, got the subscription and it still doesn't let me see the recordings of incidents. Extremely frustrating when I've been getting harassed and I need these recordings as evidence. Worked fine yesterday, now I can't use the app without it telling me to buy a one year plan, like I don't already have the 6 months... Customer service is nonexistent, even when you message in their open hours, you can expect never to get a reply.

Do not pay for subscription Would give 0 stars if i could Absolutely shockingly bad, the camera is good but the subscription is a pile of you know what, paid for it and can't access any of the footage, app keeps telling me to subscribe even though I have already subscribed and paid and the " help " team said " ignore the promotion but that's impossible as when you try to or view footage the promo stops you

This security camera is not allowing me any sound notification when some one is out there, And it does not snap pictures at that moment. but its good camera for good viewing.

Easy to set up and clear images. Couldn't view anything until I ed with cloud storage, I just wanted to check it was ok. I'm on a free trial, I'm not paying £35 a month for videos tho.
