Sf is now pushing using the app to receive notifications about parcels, but their notification system is broken. Several times now, I have been notified about a parcel in a locker more than 24, and sometimes 48 hours after it was placed there. Each time, I then have to pay extra to retrieve it and customer service argues that I should have known since I have the app. Fix notifications before you start demanding customers pay extra!

Some international orders require item declaration in English. However, I couldn't input items in English without the system automatically selecting the Chinese names offered in the droplist (e.g. "Sticker" would be changed to "貼紙"), unless the I used weren't included in its database (e.g. "Sticker Pack"). Also, it would sometimes jump back to previous page without saving any changes. Please help look into these issues to make it more -friendly.

1. The app doesnt fully English. Even though English is chosen as the default language, many areas of the App are still in Chinese especially the hip area its ALL in Chinese. 2. The app doesnt reveal real life situations as why a parcel might be delayed. E.g. My parcel to an EF locker was delayed because the locker was actually FULl, but the app just presented me with a preprogrammed msg saying "the recipient's location is too far and needs an extra day for delivery".

Not friendly at all. Hard to fill in the form and very hard to distinguish a section from another. The dark background make everything unclear. And worst of all, it is not functioning properly. I filled in all the mailing info just resulted in a not understandable error message. Completely a waste of time.

Trying to turn off promotional information in notification setting doesn't work. It either turns back on when you access settings again or present you with a 'setting failed' message. That needs to work as not everyone wants to get irrevelant notifications a few times per day.

ATTENTION you cannot send a "collection" order. because issuer has to be the one that creates the way bill. If you create one it will allow you to, tell you order received and even assign a courier. but in real nothing happened because you simply cannot create a collection order. my friend waited all day until 6pm for a pickup that was never scheduled. there was no notification, no call to tell you something is wrong. it is the stupidest thing to have an option that does not work.

App is broken since last update. It automatically logs out when you check individual items from your tracking list and ask to re-logon. Due to this, you cannot see the tracking status of individual items.
