I do agree that this app is a good and simple add. But it is very bad when it comes to driver and there right,, customers even they are mistaken a deduction will be from the driver!! Even no matter if you explain... Some one out side of the country who knows nothing about the traffic nor about the country nature decides the diduction!!! It is pathetic

Great app, fair pricing for both the enger and driver however if you can add distance between engers pickup point and the destination on the trip request pop-up for the drivers it'd be very helpful and also i recommend you increase your marketing in Zim to get more drivers and engers .

The app appears to be a bad app as it won't accept my phone number at the start screen, and will not let me continue with setup.

Very very bad app. customers are not paying the money. they are run out without paying. there is no option for complaints either or customer care s. Drivers are waiting for the cstomer 5, 10 , 15 , 20 minits at the end customers are cancelling the order so loosing the time and petrol of Drivers. if the driver wants to cancel the order after a long time waiting for the customer, then diducting money from the driver's too....Totaly very Bad app and Bad experience always.

Overall, I think Texif is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone who lives in Qatar. However, I think the addition of a communication center would make it even better. Here are some specific suggestions for how Texif could improve its communication center: The center should be available 24/7. engers should be able to easily the center by phone, email, or chat. The center should have a database of lost and found items so that engers can search for their belongings.

Dear Captain, Thank you for choosing TaxiF ! Cancellation fees are correct and can't be refunded. In your trips, even if communication with the customer fails upon reaching the pickup location, you must wait at the pickup point without moving for at least 5 minutes and the cancellation should be made.

Good app and needs more work to operate better in ing drivers by the following: *Better performance in money collection *Better performance in protecting driver, from loss of trip information and to be able to get his fare. *also on cancelation of trips no need to charge driver as he is not responsible for cancelation. *need to know how to the performance of the software in case of weak internet service. I have been driving since long but seems like you don't want to make betterments. Please must add a cancelation fee for customers. Drivers travel to customers location wait for customers to come but then they end up getting a cancelation. IMP NOTE: Please add cancelation fee for customers to improve the ride quality and make emails mandatory.
