Recent update is awful. No male english voice. Voice impossible to hear. Map too far zoomed out makes the app virtually unusable. Have used this app rveryday for two years and now deleted and uninstalled. Will no longer recommend. Horrible. Tried reverting back to previous version with no luck. Do not update. Trash.

So the actual routes are great, layout is decent, does it's job so I can do mine. Problems, there is no volume slider for navigation, and at this point, somehow the volume has become so damn quiet it's impossible to hear turn by turn directions. Also, if you're trying to listen to music, turning on turn by turn directions will lower the media volume by like 40% with no way to adjust it. So you either end up with directions that are stupid loud or music that's you can't hear.

this app came in very handy early on, I took a hiatus from driving and have just come back. I usually run Google maps on another platform or in the background to get better traffic data / alternate routing on the fly. It was a bit of a shame to see that your pii is on the market when you sign up for the app but that is pretty much the cost of doing business anywhere these days; you will pay for it one way or another as app devs do not work for free. Overall, great app with lots of options.

App no longer connects to Bluetooth. Accept while on the phone. Then it connects and interrupts call. Every other gps connects fine. I've sent several messages to tech department, with no response. This was my favorite gps for years. Unfortunately I'm going to have cancel my subscription. Which is a shame. When this app worked (before last update) it was way better than any others. Now it's almost unusable. :(

This app has a lot of potential, but every time they fix something, two more things break. the app is a buggy, unreliable mess now. Was completely useless for my pickup in Chicago today. I'm lucky the directions were relatively straight forward to where I was going and I could just follow signs. Uninstalling permanently.

Loved this app... until the last update. Graphics look good and the navigation is precise. No too many pop ups to clutter the screen. I just can't hear the turn by turn instructions. ed on multiple devices, same problem. Check the sound on the phone. Problem is in the app. Please address. Update (10/17/24): As a truckerI use Blue Parrot as my headset. Now Hammer will not pair with my device.

Was pretty great until the recent update . For some reason it keeps turning the volume down and I can't hear the voice prompt. The distance till next turn isn't working properly anymore. Also the speed indicator is breaking periodically and showing the wrong speed now. I hope this will help the devs and get it fixed soon.

I've been using this app for 9 months and loved it until Sept '24 update. They adjusted the ETA from way too long to way too short. Had to adjust my own departure times to ensure I'm not late to destinations. The deal breaker for me is the banner, where the next turn is displayed, randomly disappears. As of today (9/10/24), the audio does not work in the app. I've restarted my phone and un-installed/re-installed the app with no success.
