Purchasing the ticket was a pain in neck but managing the booking is worse. Technical errors in almost every page is really making the things difficult. Also, despite the actual flight is at 00:40, app showing 01:40 which is the local TR time. 1 only prefer them because there is no alternative in this route. Conclusion, If you don't have any problem with your ticket, TK is an average airline. But if you encounter a problem such as lost luggage, overbooking, etc. they are a really terrible one

False advertising, price changes during booking. Extremely bad interface (both websites and app). Other low cost airlines have much better straightforward Interface. If I'm buying tickets in other countries, I'm forced to see the flights in their currency which is the simplest feature an airline website or app could offer. So much waste of time! I can't even book a flight, es extremely disappointed!

Whoever designed the State field selection at the check-in needs to stay away from UI design forever. Also, the app was showing that there are available seats tor selection (extra legroom, etc), but in reality everything was already sold out. Not to mention that I had been trying to check-in for about 12 hours and it only let me proceed to seat selection a few hours before the flight. Terrible app for a great airline.

It is two confusing. When i am logged, it keeps telling me that there is an error with the name.I double-check every thing its the same. Also I am booking for two people. It is confusing,. WhenI add an additional person, then it appears twice! Why? If I am the person making the booking = primary person, why would I need to toggle between the secondary person?. Anyone giving this app 5 stars has clearly never used it before. Buggy, laggy and plain awful. Turkish Airlines also need reminding that Heathrow has 5 terminals. So simply having the words "Heathrow Airport" in the app and the e-mail confirmation is far from helpful.

Saved flights randomly disappears. Even within 24 hrs before checking in an international flight, I have to pay to choose a seat. No refund of the seat when changing a flight. Both app devs and the airline seem to be cheap minded.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Turkish Airlines over a pet carriage refund. I’ve reached out multiple times, but only got generic responses. The refund policy changed after I bought my ticket, and now they’re using the new rules to avoid addressing the original issue. It’s disappointing to see a big airline handle things this way. Since there's no resolution, I’m taking this to my lawyer and a consumer rights group.
