I decided initially to adopt Zoho mail for all my email needs. I bought Their yearly subscription so I would have all features and decent . However, if you are looking for an email software to rely on 100% I wouldn't adopt it as your only email client. About 1/3 of their great tools is only available for Zoho mail s. Their lacks timely responses and when they do reply, it's just generic instructions you can figure out on your own. Disappointing 😞 No notifications either!

As more and more features have been provided over the years, the UI got somewhat convoluted. Particularly when you reply, the answer is not shown on top of the cascade; so when you scroll up (or down), perhaps because you want to check what was written in the original mail, your text is not easily found again. Still, I like Zoho Mail.

Works fine when it works. But the notifications for new incoming emails simply doesn't work, which for me is the whole point of the app - maybe 25% I'm alerted to. I've missed countless work emails on my Android phone and have now had to set up a separate Gmail for Zoho emails to be forwarded to - which works every time and instantly. Strange they can't get this feature to work because I see alot of complaints about it. Would never trust as my main email for this reason. Get it sorted!

And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

I haven't used it extensively, mainly got it for the folder sorting. Realized you have to click "display images" on any email with images and cannot set it to showing them by default. Looking it up, seems its been a problem on the android app for many years. Does not bode well for how operates

I'm very happy with both the app and the email service, their customer has been extremely helpful and willing to listen over time, and they fixed every issue I reported during my use in the past, to the point that I don't have anything left that I'm unhappy with. If you have a free plan with no POP3/IMAP, this app doesn't feel like a burden at all, and I'd say it's on par in not better than the apps that come with your phone!

Good for basic emails but some integration with full features is lacking. For instance, in my web browser, I can create a category list and eventually use it to easily send emails to a group. But my categories do not show up when typing an address in the To box. This is a major shortcoming for an email app.

while receiving trailing mails from a sender, we couldn't find the attachment easily. Message will be in one place and attachment will be at any bottom of the loop mails. It's really disgusting.We don't have time to search everything at everytime. It is better if the attached document will be in the top of mail.
