Really unreliable service, especially if you have a / some favourite location(s). Subscription for periods longer than 1 month (not to mention yearly subscriptions) totally unrecommended. I will not use their services anymore, and I've already reported them to ANPC (consumers' protection authority)

what a gypsies 🤣 basically u can't cancel your subscription because if u do that they will ask u for 200 lei to resubscribe 🤣🤣🤣 instead u got the option to pay 25 lei for it while is on pause but let's say u went abroad for 3-4 months, I don't see the point of paying those 25 lei !

This app facilitates access to some good gyms in my neighborhood at a fair price. The interface is easy-to-use. There's one thing that I find annoying, and that is how the payment is done in case you want to do a manual upfront payment or a change in your current plan. In such a situation, there's no summary view and additional confirmation requested but the amount is immediately taken from your associated bank .

The service itself does what it says it does, you gain access to multiple gyms on a subscription. The issue is that the app itself is not well designed, you might pay them money by accident since they do not have a confirmation screen (maybe they added one by now) and removing your card from the app is not an option. Costumer service is decent, although their policies are messed up, but sending them an email with the current laws regarding your issue solves things pretty easily. Overall its ok

The most recent price hike made me look for alternatives. They were so cool for allowing realistic costs for entrances to the gym. Now it's 45€?? The most recent change saw an increase of approx 15€. And nothing was added to the benefits nor the app. Disappointing!

The app is great, however, in the latest access I've had in the app, I wanted to change the city since I am visiting a place different than home. The small issue is that in the Menu section, I clicked to choose the city and the list does not appear for me. I hope it is corrected soon because that's a fast and easy way to find nearby gyms fast

Be aware of their subscription system, it's very tricky. I created a regular subscription and a few days later I decided to get ESX Pro, to get access to some better gyms. When I activated the 2nd subscription all my 55ish days left on the first subscription have been lost and I caanot refund because I used it twice. Also they refused to reactivate it or provide any other solutions. I cannot get them to understand my issue on , I am starting to think I am chatting with a bot.

Update: meanwhile (after a few emails) I was ated by ESX to present their apologies and for a refund. Good to know they acted up in the 11th hour. Very bad experience... closet to romanian ȚEAPĂ!!!🤢 Infos on the app about the partners aren't updated... and I had the bad surprise to pay and when I went to the place I wanted to train to let me know that they discontinued the partnership with esx.ro... so I paid a month subscription for nothing. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
