For one year I cannot create SBB ! So I am without HBO GO app because HBO cannot be activated without SBB . Technical was not usefull. If the point is just to have an app, then SBB succeed...

s non of my two smart tv's. I've called sbb , today. And they've told me to: "ask Grundig to include the SBB app". Like that's gonna happen if I asked them....!?!? So, really, I have no use from sbb for my smart tv's. For the tech- one large 0 (ZERO) ! This would be funny, if I didn't like stupid jokes!

So, yesterday I described my problems on working of sbb in Instagram their official page under the last post in the comments. And guess what, they just deleted my comment. I couldn't even imagine such an easy and elegant solution in the communication with its customer. That's why I'm here to express my opinion finally. Good job guys (hope you are able to get irony)

Practically useless. SBB doesn't have ANY online payment option in general, and through this app you cannot even review your bills. Unknown purpose of existing.
