Hi,! I'm a first time of this, to me, a very essential app. Unfortunatey, it failed to assist me from the very start by making it very difficult to enter and to your information. It kept reading invalid parameters and not really telling you what they were and how to correct them. Also, whenever I tried to schedule an appointment, it kept reading that all the dates were booked and that were none available. It's too bad that the app has so many bugs because it really is very essential

I never seen a system work with that kind of error the app and the imss virtual desk are the worst experience I had considering I am good trying to make things work. The service is base on internet explorer and this is a technology no longer ed and with high risk. Again the government digital service is obsolete in the app (missing features and with fails) and in the web version. UNACCEPTABLE IN 2022 AND WE STILL NEED TO MAKE PAPAREWORK AT THE DEPENDENCIES WHERE THE INFO IS NOT CLEAE

When entering the information to get an appointment or anything in general. The app displays an error message "Server it taking longet than expected. Please try again later", therefore I had to stay waiting for my turn since 10am , just to get nymber 5 on the waiting line and this is for THE AFTERNOON SHIFT that officially starts at 3pm!!!

The app allows you to make an appointment with your primary care doctor WHEN THEY HAVE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. After a week of the app telling me that no appointments were available for any date or any time I had to go to the clinic for an appointment that was more than a month away. It doesn't let you make any other appointments (e.g., lab, x-ray, specialists). It doesn't give you test results or any chart information and you can't use the app to communicate with your doctor.

This app doesn't work properly, the servers always have a problem,when I want make a plan on it, always have a issue. I consider that need to have more people work on the issues.

The app works good enough. It still have things to fix like performance and crashes, but overal, you can make basic things like set an appointment without go outside.

Me parece muy mal que la app nos muestre fechas en las que ya no hay citas disponibles :s :( mal,mal,mal. The app gives us false expectations :@ because it displays dates in which appointments aren't available anymore!

It does the job but it limits the available dates for an appointment. E.G. "You can only have one appointment within a month period." I guess it minimizes the long wait at the helpdesk.
