As others mention, the sound alarm tone can't be changed no matter high/low/lost. Feature from other apps like dexcom/xdrip, the notification do show the current glucose level and how much it has changed between the to last messurmens. Had been nice with a graph of estimated future bg level the next hour based on insulin and carbs like in xdrip. Smartwatch had been nice too. As would calibration. Those are the things I will keep in mind when I test other products to replace dexcom 6

Hi! I cannot change the alarm tone sound in my Libre3 app. It's set to "custom" but the word is grey and unclickable. In the Libre2 app you could pick any sound from your phone's notification sound library, to prevent the standard Libre sound from giving me a heart attack + waking up the rest of the house. I get why the SEVERE low glucose alarm should be set to non-customizable, but we need to be able to change the regular alarm sounds. This ruins Libre3 for me. Thank you for listening!

Really great app, but I hate the alarms very much. They rarely help and the tone is incredible annoying for me and everyone around me. My frienda call me "the fire alarm". Please add an option to change sound and for me to fully turn it off when I need it. It would also be great if the alarms didn't play through whatever speaker I'm connected to

The alarm sound is the most annoying thing ever!!!! It's a very high piercing alarm sound and it's the worst thing! You people are cruel, by letting us see the customizable sound button and not letting us use it! I don't care about your other priorities in the app, you can fix the other stuff after fixing the alarm. It's been a very long time now and yet.. YOU STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE ALARM OPTION! Get your priorities straight and fix it. Don't you dare awnser with the " ".

Can't use alarms at all. The sound is so loud I can't use the alarm. Good luck putting my son to sleep with an alarm tone that can wake the dead from sleep. So you can either implement so we can pick a notification sound or remove the alarms because it's not usable at all. I will go back to version 2 until you finish this app because it doesn't work in the real world. If you are a diabetic and use this app you can't ,have children, have meetings, go to the movies,have a real life

It's a bit of an oversight to make you 100% reliant on your phone.. I have now been using it for 2 months and actually feel it is working pretty well I did not activate alarms so I did not have any issue with loud alarms buzzing but I can recognize symptoms in my body quite easily. I get the occasional sensor error message but that seems to only be temporary. It's good that the sensor is smaller, hopefully next they can come out with a sensor that is even smaller or softer like a nicotine patch

Super happy about the new sensor and that it reads the glucose continously without needing to scan. BUT me, my family and all my coworkers HATE the alarm. The problem is that the app doesn't care about the notification settings in the app settings. If I set it to deliver silently, it still rings etc. Being an Android developer, I know this is likely a 2-4 hour fix and it's dishearting to see all the bad reviews and no one fixing this simple issue. Plz just get your act together. Gogo.

I beg you, please bring the experience of the Libre 2 app to this one. It was not perfect but worked so much better than this does. - 1. Alarms don't let you customize your own sound which leads to the standard beeps pretty much turning your phone into a burglar alarm - 2. Very slow to load in graph when you open the app - 3. Removed info on graph home screen (time in target range etc.) So disappointed. Actually considering going back to Libre 2 or another system entirely. NOT ok.
