Does the job ok and it's helping me with therapy for my lower back. Sometimes the stretches and exercises aren't clear as each is just represented with one static illustration so it's not easy to know how to move. Also repetition exercises aren't very well distinguished from static/isometric exercises. There are some minor inconsistencies as well, like a stretch named 'slide right hand down thigh' that asks you to change sides half way through, then starts over again for the left side. Useful!

So far for me, the workout suffers from severe lag. I ed the workout as suggested but it pauses and locks up. sometimes I'll just click one fo the exercises and the whole app will freeze. If I try to play the workout it will not play through. Without the workout, I don't actually need the app. I could schedule and participate in virtual PT without this app, so I'm pretty bummed that this functionality is not working for me at all.

Easy and quick. I like that there are different times and levels. Update November 8, 2021: downgrading to 1 star. The app no longer allows s to find exercises for what's bothering them. There's also no intuitive way to 'reset' to preventative rather than needing to meet with a PT. Going to try a different app.

Great app! Very friendly and enjoyed the workouts! My only concern is that I can't go back to the exercises once they're marked completed. I was working on a second set when my phone died and then when I went back, it had it under completed and I was not able to go back to finish the routine since it was grayed out.

Overall it is too basic and needs improvement. No info on how often to do exercise. Doesn't allow multiple exercises. staggered throughout the week. No way to end a program and switch to harder options. Animations don't always fit on the screen making it difficult to see what to do. Pushes meeting with therapist. function doesn't work. No consideration for current fitness and skill level. Assumes everyone is starting from zero.

One of my biggest issues with the app is the timing of it: - the countdown clock for exercises is slow. I've measured with two other clocks and each second on the app is 1.17s in real life. - the app quotes a time for the whole workout. This is severely underestimated. I always finish my workout a few minutes after the quoted time. It's misleading especially if you only have a fixed time to do the workout. Please fix these timing issues!

Generally pretty good and useful. It does have inconsistencies - for example written description of exercise says to stand, but the animation shows the person as sitting. There are also typos in the articles. Overall easy to use and helpful, but could benefit from more attention to detail.

The concept is amazing. It connects you with professionals that are able to help provide professional guidance and therapy. The technology and application though is very clunky and constantly changing. Very difficult to use to it's full potential because it isn't a smooth or clear interface.
