Why would you fire your meteorologist to replace them with the weather channel? If I wanted to hear the weather channel, I would have ed their inaccurate app instead. Local meteorologists are important. Hope their ratings go down so much they no longer operate. We watch the news for the weather. 😒

I like the app, but I have one minor complaint. Where the 7 day forecast is shown one the main page, the low temps are shown in black against a dark blue background. Very difficult to read, please change the font color to a brighter one.

App is flaky. Unresponsive and slow. Update 1/19/2025. Still sucks. Ad content annoying. I will definitely never visit the advertising company. Hope they get it cheap

Works most of the time. But their weather maps are often terribly not accurate. Could be pouring rain. And show nothing in our area. And on TV KWWL weather will be different than the android app.

The app is OK but needs to be improved. There's an ad every time the app is opened, frustrating in times of severe weather. When there's a warning, the video clips are too short to even see where they are. There's not enough time to pause it before it automatically starts playing the next video. The weather update videos are super quiet, especially compared to the mandatory ads that play before them. There's an audio notification, but there's nothing to click on to see what the update is.

Used app for years only for its emergency alarms. Every other sound and notification were disabled. One day, I'm getting loud audio alerts and notifications for "mild weather today." Changing the settings didn't fix it, clearing cache and reinstalling didn't fix it. Without the ability to quiet those super obnoxious alerts, the app is useless. Uninstalled.

A couple of issues with the app. There is not an option on the map to show rain fall totals, only snow fall. If I'm using it and my screen goes to sleep, is turned off, it I switch to another app for a second (like to check a message) it goes back to the Dupaco ad page EVERY TIME. This is not effective advertising. It actually makes me hate Dupaco. I do like the future radar. It is better than most other apps that just project the current radar images along their current path and speed.

It works great. But, there is just way too many times that it's pouring and storming and the radar shows literally nothing. Then you use a different app and it actually shows what's above us. I'm unsure if it's our doppler towers or the apps fault but this issue should be fixed. Since it is random, I'm hoping they can figure it out. But otherwise, works great. I really love the lighting updates and how spot on they are. Especially the tornado warnings n stuff. Really great for iowa.
