I m annoyed with the communication gap while willing to call with customer service. It is almost impossible to reach them. Even after trying a lot and connection established, it is very poor quality sounds with a lots of noise from their side with lots of network connectivity problem. The customer service charge is also applicable and money deducted by pressing the numericals on keyboard. Totally frustrated with the company.

OPD section is very slow. Other benefits in wellness like workout can't be booked. To be precise while booking for a session it keep on showing loading symbol and doesn't go ahead. In a way can't book the workout session. Pathetic experience and customer care call don't reach. Even after doing mail they don't resolve the issue

No way to get in touch with customer care. I've been trying to book my annual checkup since 4 days. They have some automated calling mechanism which disconnects one second after picking up the phone, then send an email saying that I didn't pick up. They don't have a toll free number, and no email ID to reach them. Extremely unethical practices.

At the time of renewal the record of all the policy holder should automatically updated in the app. But here my wife record (phone number) was not updated, therefore we had lost steps counting for 2 days. Secondly your number remains very busy. I and my wife could raised the complaint after 1 hour efforts. Both the problems should be resolved as soon as possible.

It is very frustrating that there are two scenarios that need to be addressed. The first is the security deposit and reimbursement. A total of 2000 rupees was deducted from my security deposit for doctor charges. I am requesting clarification as to why this was not settled at the time of discharge. The second is the reimbursement. After submitting all bills for the dates, 900 rupees have been deducted. I would like to understand the reason for this deduction.

This app has serious bugs. - I renewed my policy, received a confirmation email and the policy, but when I logged into the app, it says my policy is expired or inactive. - I raised this issue with customer , but they closed the ticket without a proper resolution. - Additionally, if you have more than one policy linked to the same number, the app does not allow you to on another device, preventing you from receiving the step discount.

Old policies which are already renewed are not displayed in the app. How the of the app can understand the current policy taken is a renewal of the old policy. Moreover from where the two year waiver for any insurance claims could be found out from the displayed renewed policy. Practically how to find out if the current policy displayed is a continuous one or newly accrued policy.

Experience was very poor. I was using this policy for two years. But for health checkup they are alloting the centre where there is no tie up with them. Since last 4 months they kept on alloting the centres, and at last the policy expires and so is the health checkup. This is cheating . As a result I don't find continuouing with this policy or company any more. Pathetic service.
