Ever heard "if it's not broken, don't fix it" ? This app was great, intuitive, had great shortcuts for boarding es or live inbound flight tracking, it now feels like something that would have been made in apps early days.. roll back the previous interface please, this is garbage.

The new app update is trash, has made it worse to use and filled it with more ads than before. It functions but it's a massive downgrade in usability. Check-in used to be a few clicks and is now more hidden and forcing you through more steps and ads. I could even find the way (if there is anymore) to view my boarding without ing it to my Google wallet

This app became horrendous. Since the new "upgrade" it became just web page though the app. Many features are gone. No more dark mode, no boarding es, no flight tracker as it was before. Everything you try to click it opens a web page look. It was a really good app before, but now I am deleting it since it lost it purpose. Also, I will probably rather fly with other companies since it will be easier to look for flights in their apps then here and prices with Easyjet aren't affordable anymore

This is a horrible update. 1. I can't change the default currency anymore, it's GBP by default, then it changes to departure country currency and I have to update it manually during the booking. Waste of time. 2. Why can't I get my boarding es in the app anymore ???? I have to wallet now just to be able to scan my boarding ??? How is that easier ? I always found the android easyjet app better than the apple one. I guess everyone gets the mediocre app now.

Before the last update, I liked this app. Quick and efficient. Now with the new update it's a disaster it's so slow. I can't even get the boarding in the app anymore. The only option that the app offers is to another app to store the boarding in a wallet. Stupid. The reason why I installed the Easyjet app was to have my boarding in the Easyjet app. As this option has disappeared, that makes this app useless for me.

Used to be a great, easy-to-use native Android app, well thought out and pretty much state-of-the-art in the travel industry. Now it's just a webpage viewer with terrible UX and many lost features. Reverted to booking my latest flight through the website rather than on the app for the first time in at least 5 years.

What Have You Done?!?! This app used to be great, easy to use and very useful too - it had everything you needed to make your journey go smoothly. Now, its rubbish. Can't save enger info. Can't view boarding es without ing to google wallet. Booking flights is now so much more difficult too. Its rubbish - please change back to the previous version

New update is terrible. Even logged in you have to manually put in all your flight details and all your pre saved information. It doesn't even allow you to copy the flight or booking reference to input it so you have to go into your emails to find it. It's awful. I don't understand why they updated the app to these functions. No point on having the app. Just use the web browser of that's the case. I didn't think easyjet app could get worse but it has.
