The app works pretty decently but there's no option to save your personal information for future use which makes concurrent ticket purchases a bit tedious. Unrelated to the app, their baggage fees if your bag is over weight can cost more than the price of your ticket. At the time I'm writing this the allowed combined weight is 10kg for any ticket except their most expensive option. The thing that made me angry was that I was stopped as I was about to board the plane and forced to pay.

I'm unable to add my port information in the app. I eventually gave up and saved it the profile via the Norwegian Air website. However the app requires you to approve your port information before allowing you to check in. As I'm unable to save the info, it's now impossible for me to check in electronically. Absolutely terrible.

This airline is a fraud. They book your flights and consistantly cancel last minute. The app doesnt work in order to rebook the flight and customer service is rude and I'll trained. I never reccomend flying this airline. There are better companies than one that does not care for customer service. They do not deserve any stars but I need to voice my discontent to anyone with options to fly on any other airline. Must also be aware that Norwegian does nothing to communicate and fix their issues.

The UI for check in is utterly dreadful - almost impossible to get the date to work, and it stored 28-09 as 27-09. Unbelievably shoddy UX, it was so opaque what I was meant to do. I'm a tech-literate 29yo on a stable Samsung Galaxy release, how on earth do you expect the vast majority of people to use this app - it is a travesty.

The port expiry date box when entering port details for a flight check-in does not seem to dark mode? In any case, there was no visible "OK" button, although it seems to be there since I could enter a date (after a few tries)

the date picker in android doesn't show the ok button, it's in the bottom right hand side of the date popup btw. and also doesn't allow you to select seats a really poor experience

For the most part somewhat intuitive, but the UI is so lazily made and unresponsive that it's a chore to use. Most form fields are not properly made accessible and thus autofill is not available, and overall experience is disappointing for a company of this size.

Paper free boarding / tickets etc. love it. I find it amazing some airlines still in this day and age require you to print these out :(
